All intellectual property rights in TASK 2000 software package are owned by Natural Environment Research Council, Polaris House, North Star Avenue, Swindon, SN2 1EU, United Kingdom. All rights reserved.
By proceeding to download either or both of the software packages (TIDE TASKS FOR WINDOWS and/or TASK 2000) from the software download area of the MedGLOSS web site, you confirm your acceptance that all intellectual property rights in the TIDE TASKS FOR WINDOWS software package remain with Israel Oceanographic & Limnological Research and that all intellectual property rights in the TASK 2000 software package remain with Natural Environment Research Council.
You are not permitted to use either of the software packages (TIDE TASKS FOR WINDOWS and/or TASK 2000) for commercial use unless you have entered into a Commercial Licence with the Israel Oceanographic & Limnological Research or, in respect of the TASK 2000 software, you have a licence from the Natural Environment Research Council expressly permitting commercial use.
